Windows 10 Free upgrade offer ends on July 29th 2016

Microsoft has recently advised that the Windows 10 free upgrade offer will finish on 29^th, July 2016, after this time anyone that wants to upgrade to Windows 10 will have to pay for it. According to reports Windows 10 will cost £99.99

Microsoft’s promise has always been that the free upgrade would not last forever, initially indicating it would just run for around 12 months. Upgrades to Windows 10 so far has reached around 300 million capturing around 15-20% of market share. Windows 8.x has been seen to be the biggest looser, but Windows 7 use is also declining.
