Welcome to Tiva support. Our Support Desk is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and periods of closure) from 9.00am to 5.30pm.

For non-urgent support requests please complete the form below

A case reference no. will be emailed to you so that you can track your request. Your case will be responded to within 4 working hours except when we are experiencing exceptionally high case volumes.

Tiva look after all the IT in our UK office. They work with our French Parent company to implement the UK part of worldwide projects. We have a number of remote users who require constant access to our systems in the UK upon which we are very reliant. The Tiva staff are always knowledgeable and helpful
