Hours and terms of Support
Welcome to Tiva support. Our Support Desk is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and periods of closure) from 9.00am to 5.30pm.
For non-urgent support requests please complete the form below
A case reference no. will be emailed to you so that you can track your request. Your case will be responded to within 4 working hours except when we are experiencing exceptionally high case volumes.

If your issue is of an urgent priority, for example if one or more users are unable to work because of a problem you are experiencing then you should call our dedicated support number on 01252 757776. In most cases you will be able to speak with a support desk representative immediately. Otherwise, please leave your contact details and a brief description of your problem and a support desk representative will return your call as soon as possible. In most cases this will be within 1 hour except when we are experiencing exceptionally high case volumes.
