Tiva have years of experience with all the leading hardware vendors so whether you are looking to upgrade a laptop, replace an aging server or update your infrastructure we can supply, install, configure and maintain your requirements. All work is clearly explained and agreed prior to commencement with all larger projects being project managed from start to finish by experienced engineers.
Tiva customers with a Business Support Contract will also benefit from regular meetings with a Technical Account Manager able to advise on the most appropriate and cost effect technology to achieve your goals. Tiva Account Management staff are not commission based in order to ensure they have the best interest of their customers at heart. Redundant equipment can be removed from site and a certificate of WEEE compliance issued.
